These terms govern your use of the Double Edged website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Project proposals, statements of work or other written agreements separately govern paid studio services and take priority if they conflict with these terms.

Website purpose

The site presents Double Edged services, selected work, products and editorial content. Website content is general information and does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability or constitute a binding quotation.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the site unlawfully or interfere with its operation or security.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or non-public content.
• Use automated means to overload, scrape or extract content in a way that harms the site or violates applicable law.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit harmful code or deceptive material.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site design, text, graphics, videos, 3D work, branding and other content are owned by Double Edged or used with permission. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation. No other license is granted.

Client-owned products and marks shown in portfolio work remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement.

Enquiries and submitted materials

You confirm that you have the right to send us any product information, images, CAD, models or other material included with an enquiry. Sending material for evaluation does not transfer ownership to Double Edged. Confidentiality obligations must be agreed in writing where they are required.

Third-party products and links

Spellexo and Customiznator have their own websites and may have separate customer terms. Other third-party websites and services are controlled by their operators. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or that every example, service or product will remain available.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Double Edged is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing terms

We may update the site and these terms. The revised terms apply from the date shown above. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the Double Edged legal entity identified in the relevant proposal, invoice or other direct agreement with you.
